The information collected through the information request or contact forms is all necessary and is subject to data processing whose purpose is to satisfy your request or send you information. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent and/or legitimate interest.

Your data is kept for a period of three (3) years from your request, the last service provided to you or the last contact from you.

c) Recipients of your data

Your information is transmitted to the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI for the processing of your request.

In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, data portability, limit, oppose the processing and organize the fate of your post-mortem data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. All of your rights can be exercised with the CCI Nice Côte d’Azur at the aforementioned postal address, by e-mail allocci[@]cote-azur.cci.fr, or by contacting the DPO (DPO[@]cote-azur.cci.fr).
Any deletion of your data may deprive you of a right.
